Refund policy

We do not offer returns on any products or workshops.

All sales are final on products in the retail store. If there is an issue with an item you purchased, you can reach out directly to the vendor that made the product to inquire about their policy. 

If you cannot make it to a workshop, we will package your project up as a kit and it can be picked up at the store and completed at home or in the studio during open studio hours.
